Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of Fuqer (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility (Adults Only)

• You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to upload and share the User Content.
• All individuals depicted are adults (18+) and you have verified age and consent documentation as required by applicable law.
• The User Content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other rights of any third party.
• The User Content is not illegal and does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
• If requested, you will promptly provide evidence supporting these warranties (including age/consent documentation).

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

You may not upload, post, share, request, or otherwise make available any content or engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or that violates these Terms. This includes, without limitation:

• Any content involving minors or that could be construed as involving minors (CSAM). We report suspected CSAM to appropriate authorities.
• Non-consensual content, coercion, sexual violence, extortion, trafficking, or exploitation.
• Bestiality, incest (where illegal), real violence, torture, snuff, or other illegal material.
• Doxxing or sharing personal data without authorization.
• Malware, phishing, hacking, scraping that violates restrictions, or attempts to bypass security.
• Copyright infringement or distribution of stolen or unauthorized content.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive behavior (including fake buttons, malicious redirects, or impersonation).

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts at any time in our sole discretion.

6. Copyright (DMCA) and Repeat Infringers

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. 9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE (INCLUDING OUR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR USER CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
